1, Channel Planning
- Provide monthly sell out & sell in report & analysis report by key category in all market and
- Cooperate with MKT to develop promotion mechanics with clear market objective. Manage the promotion plan communication to trade/commercial team
- Help SD manage and control Trade A&P spending according to brand strategy and channel strategy
- Optimize promotion sell out – rotation driven in key market
2,Trade category planning
- Develop category vision, key drivers
- Cooperate with MKT to develop service pack & POSM and perfect outlet KPI with commercial team
- Creative and practical POSM format & last 3F development for meal occasion
3, Promoter team management
- In charge of all promoter team recruitment & training program
- Cooperate with all sales managers for promoter daily work management
- Build up high motivation & efficient promoter team to carry out all promotions and activities.
4. Key deliverable
- Deliver sales target
- Budget control ( trade A&P ) and ROI improvement
· Bachelor\\\'s degree in Marketing or related subject. Master’s degree a plus; Overseas study experience is an added advantage.
· Fluency in English & Mandarin (Spoken & Written) is a MUST;
· 4+ years marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects;
· Globally-minded with knowledge and understanding of China market a must;
· Experience in working with agencies and other partners;
· Strong organizational and planning & communication skills;
· Excellent presentation skills and written / oral communication skills;
· Candidates with marketing experience from FMCG / e-Commerce background are encouraged to apply;
